Paris, Sep 16 — The book “Humankind’s Right to Exist” by Cuban leader Fidel Castro, was presented on Sunday by the France-Cuba Association, during an event held in Paris by the newspaper L’Humanité.
Karine Alvarez, an official with France-Cuba Association, highlighted the importance of this work, which contains documents and articles by Fidel Castro on environmental protection and sustainable development.
The book was presented in the framework of the “Party of L’Humanité,” an event organized by the left-wing French daily of the same name.
The event, which concluded on Sunday, was attended by a Cuban delegation comprised of Communist Party officials, journalists, among others.
According to delegation members, the Cuban exhibition was among the most popular of the event, where people approached the Caribbean nation’s stand to learn about the situation in Cuba, taste its traditional cuisine and the famous Mojitos.
