San Juan, Oct 24 – Cuban feature film Melaza will compete in the San Juan International Film Festival, that oponed with Argentinian-Puerto Rican film “Hugo, Paco, Luis y tres chicas de rosa”.
Melaza, by filmmaker Carlos Lechuga, comes with the precedent of having won the prize to the best Latin American film in the recent Malaga Film Festival, apart from other regional awards.
