Havana, Nov 6 – Cuban President Raul Castro met in this capital with Brazilian ambassador to Cuba Jose Martins Felicio, who concludes his mission on the island.
The national television reported yesterday that the president thanked the diplomat his work as a representative of the Brazilian government here, since October 2010.
Raul Castro also highlighted the excellent bilateral relations, and referred to the common objective of developing the economic and trade cooperation between the two states, while sent greetings to President Dilma Rousseff.
Miriam Guimaraes, wife of the Brazilian ambassador, and Cuban Acting Foreign Minister Marcelino Medina, attended the meeting.
