Havana, Nov 9 – Gamma, a company attached to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba (CITMA) presented today at the Havana International Fair its progress in environmental studies, services whose principal client is the Caribbean region.
In statements to Prensa Latina, Sayuri Mendez, director of the Environmental Division of the trading company, explained that the successes of the organization are based on the development of researches from different CITMA institutes.
“Each workspace in Gamma has a series of products that are exported to the client’s needs, hence the division of Environmental Studies, for example, are its main markets in the famous resorts of Cuba, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic, said the expert.
In fact, the so-called Executive Projects for Coastal Zone Performances are part of this division and among its objectives is the creation, retrieval, and maintenance of the beaches.
They also relate to the design and implementation of engineering solutions for the protection of coastal areas and the effect of waves.
Other Gamma divisions include comprehensive preventive maintenance technology, engineering quality service, and risk management.
