Morgan Freeman And Other Celebreties as Oscar Presenter

Feb, 20 – Oscar winners Morgan Freeman and John Legend have been added to the ever growing list of Oscar presenters.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens director J.J. Abrams, Henry Cavill and Sacha Baron Cohen are also joining a long, illustrious list of presenters that include Louis C.K., Steve Carell, Priyanka Chopra, Common, Russell Crowe, Benicio Del Toro, Chris Evans, Tina Fey and Ryan Gosling, Louis Gossett Jr. among many others.

It was also announced that Dave Grohl, frontman of The Foo Fighters, will be giving a special performance at this year’s Academy Awards. This will mark his first time on the Oscar stage.

Patricia Arquette, Eddie Redmayne and Common will also be handing out awards.

Although Michael B. Jordan and Abraham Attah, the young star of Beasts of No Nation, did not score Oscar nominations, they have been invited to take part in the 88th Academy Awards.

The two will be presenting at the awards ceremony, which will be hosted by Chris Rock.

Past Oscar winners Patricia Arquette, Eddie Redmayne and Common are also among the batch of recently announced presenters.

Star Wars’ Daisy Ridley will also present, along with Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt, Louis C.K., Russell Crowe, Chris Evans, Jennifer Garner, Louis Gossett, Jr., Rachel McAdams, Dev Patel, Sarah Silverman, and Sofia Vergara.

They will join previously announced presenters that include Quincy Jones, Whoopi Goldberg, Steve Carell, Jared Leto, Julianne Moore, Olivia Munn, Margot Robbie, Jason Segel and Andy Serkis and others.

The Oscars will take place at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood and will be broadcast live on Feb 28.(Portal of the Cuban Radio)
