Florida schools resumed teaching activities

Florida, Sep 19 – Monday September 18th educational institutions in Florida resumed the classes, after organizing the necessary conditions for the development of the educational process, interrupted by Hurricane Irma.

As reported the board of directors of the education sector in the municipality, in some of the affected centers are implemented different alternatives such as the adaptation of premises to turn into classrooms and the adjustment of teaching schedule.

The Board of directors also carried out a review In the 54 schools of the territory, to detect damages caused by the climatic event, which affected 37 educational institutions, mostly on the cover.

Waste collection and ensuring drinking water and hygienic conditions required to ensure the safety of schoolchildren, were actions that were taken into account in Florida to resume the teaching process after Hurricane Irma for this territory.
