Washington, Oct 31st – The International Committee Peace, justice and dignity to the people convened today to people in solidarity with Cuba in the world, especially those who live in the United States, to participate in the morning in a great twitting against the blockade.

“Every year since 1992, the same shall be presented to the General Assembly of the Organization of United Nations (UN). That day, once more, the whole world will defend the unconditional lifting of the criminal and inhuman blockade”, added the text.
In agreement with the Committee, the annual vote in the UN shows the hypocrisy of the different administrations of the United States, the mockery of the mandates of the international agency and the isolation of the most powerful empire of the earth.
Year after year, the vast majority of the nations voted in favor of the resolution. The vote of the year 2016 marked a historical record, all member countries supported an end to the blockade, with the abstention, for the first time, of the United States and Israel, highlighted the call.
The Solidarity Organization, which proposed to use on the social network Twitter tags as Niunpasoatras NoMasBloqueo #1, #1 and #1 UnblockCuba, argued that Washington continues to arrogating to themselves the right to apply a law that violates the spirit of the Charter of the United Nations.
At the same time, he pointed out, attentive flagrantly against the life of a peaceful village that has never invaded, occupied, perpetrated terrorist attacks, nor has it implemented a criminal blockade against the United States or any other country in the world.
The only crime of Cuba is a country free, sovereign and socialist just 90 miles from the most powerful country on earth,” the organization.
According to the note, will join diplomats, experts in human rights, social movements, religious leaders, trade unionists and activists from all over the world to raise their voice against this criminal policy, obsolete and failed.
