U.S. Blockade on Cuba despite World Demand

Cuba, Nov 1st – When there are a few hours left for the General United Nation Assembly makes the announcement about the necessary elimination of the failed policy of the Washington´s blockade on Cuba, there are many voices of the international community that ratify their rejection against that economic, trade and financial trade.

As it happens each year since 1992, the upcoming November 1st, the 193 state members of the UN will vote about resolution project to favor the end of the economic blockade applied by the United States against Cuba for over fifty years.

The document highlights that the main obstacle for the nation´s development is the pointless politics carried out by successive U.S. governments as there have not been a remaining unaffected sector as a consequence of it in Cuba.

All the related data show that a majority of the U.S. citizens and even a wide sector of the Cuban emigration favor the normalization of the bilateral relations and even at the U.S. Congress, which turned into law the U.S. regulations of that economic blockade, there was a growing opposition against that policy.
