Florida, Feb. 11.- A total of 24 athletes from the municipality of Florida with the talent label in the pioneering and school categories, will travel this Friday to the capital of Camagüey to participate in the practical entrance tests to the Sports Initiation School (EIDE ) Cerro Pelado, in the province of Camagüey.
As reported by representatives of high performance in this territory, the delegation of athletes is grouped into 13 sports disciplines, among which the specialties of Handball and fighting in their different styles stand out, with a total of five practitioners each.
Alexis Ortiz, a specialist from the municipal sector of Sports in Florida, argues that these girls and boys had already been identified as athletes with immediate prospects by the specialists of the Camagüey’s EIDE in previous visits to this territory.
