
Florida, Feb. 18.- Holding meetings with the parents of students who start Secondary Education next school year are among the actions planned by the Education sector in the municipality, with the intention of preparing conditions for the coming school calendar.

Master Arian García Rodríguez, head of this educational level, explained that the purpose of these meetings is for families and students to learn about the regulations of the institutions, as well as the evaluation system and other characteristics of the centers where the students will start the seventh grade.
García Rodríguez also reported that the next course is expected to start on March 7 and added the reestablishment for that stage of the double session in schools with eight daily class shifts.
Despite resuming the teaching process in the way established before the pandemic, compliance with health regulations remains a priority in order to develop a teaching period with the required quality.
