Florida, Sep 5.- Artists and workers in the culture sector in the municipality of Florida are linked to the sanitary investigations carried out on the population, as well as to the sanitation tasks that take place in areas of the micro district.According to the information offered by Bety Marrero Reguera, director of Culture in Florida, the only institutions in the sector that remain open are the local Museum, the Latin America bookstore, the Municipal Library and the Literary Center, centers where the conditions for strict compliance with the hygienic measures established by the Ministry of Public Health.
The culture representative said that, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Defense Council, at the moment no cultural activities are being scheduled due to the incidence of the COVID-19 virus in the territory.
